VCC Services

At this time, we primarily offer virtual therapy sessions to provide flexible and accessible care that meets clients where they are. All virtual sessions are conducted using a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.  

We offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy for a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, trauma, grief and more. Services are provided virtually for your convenience and privacy.

Your first session will focus on getting to know you, exploring your concerns, and identifying your goals for therapy. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and see if we’re a good fit.

Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes. Frequency varies based on your needs and goals, but most clients meet weekly or biweekly.

Our therapists work with a variety of ages groups, including children, adolescents, adults and older adults.

Yes. You’re welcome to review our team’s bios and request a therapist who feels like a good fit. We’ll do our best to match you, accordingly, depending on availability. 

We have a team of licensed professionals as well as graduate-level inters and associate clinicians who work under the supervision of licensed supervisors. All therapists are carefully selected and supported to ensure quality care.

Fees may vary depending on the services requested (individual, couples, group, etc,). We offer sliding scale options based on availability and financial need. Please ask us about current rates.

We recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to verify mental health coverage. Ask about coverage for outpatient therapy, telehealth services, copays, deductibles, and session limits.

Yes, we can help verify your benefits as a courtesy. However, we encourage you to also verify them directly to avoid unexpected costs.

Payment is due at the time of service. If you are using insurance, any copays or coinsurance amounts are collected on the day of your scheduled session.
